Q: What is the difference between the S14 Adrenaline and S13 CHSR (2013-2014) models?
A: The S14 Adrenaline and S13 CHSR (2013-2014) waders have similar features but with some significant differences in the construction of the lower portion. The 2015 up S14 waders have a completely redesigned lower from the waist down, which is all 5 layer material and has a simplified seam design with one outer leg seam, and no seams on the inside of the legs. The strong and durable five-layer lower from the waist down includes a single vertical seam design with seams running up the outside of the legs to eliminate seam abrasion when walking. Small styling details, the blue and green graphic on the side, and use of all 5 layer material in the legs are the main differences of the S14 Adrenaline waders.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a return policy on unused gear. So if anything doesn’t fit quite right it’s no problem to swap it out, exchange it for a different style, or return it for a refund. Please see below for information on our return policy.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: DRYFT guarantees all of our products against defects in workmanship or materials. Items that are deemed defective will be replaced or repaired by DRYFT. Gear damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect will be repaired when possible. If your product fails due to a defect in manufacturing or materials, where possible we will repair at no charge to you. If the product is not repairable we may, at our discretion, choose to replace the product instead.
This warranty does not cover failure due to accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear of materials over time or damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship. Warranty is limited, at our discretion, to the repair or replacement of the product only. Receipt or proof of purchase must be included with all warranty claims.

Q: Are you waders and jackets saltwater safe?
A: Yes, so long as proper care is taken. To prolong the life of your waders we recommend rinsing them with fresh water after each use, just like you would with your rods and reels. If using the zip front wader model cleaning your zipper regularly to keep it free of dirt, salt crust, etc will keep it running smoothly and prevent breakage. Zip Care and Zip tech go a long way in ensuring a healthy zipper that lasts for the long run.
Q: What happens if I get a hole?
A: Our waders use heavy five layer lowers and are designed to withstand most everything the river can throw at them, but with hard use things can happen. If you do get a hole patching it is really easy yourself, or we’re happy to help as well. We recommend using Aquaseal by Gearaid for most repairs. For larger rips or tears, use some of the fabric that is provided with your waders to glue over the area using Aquaseal as the glue. Any manufacturers defects are covered under our warranty.
Q: My size wader/jacket is out of stock. Will you be getting more in?
A: Yes! If your size is out of stock please rest assured that we will be getting more in stock, usually within a few weeks, sometimes longer. Occasionally one or more sizes will sell out faster than the others, so there will be a delay in getting them back in stock. Please feel free to reach out to us with specific questions on stock availability.
Q: I placed an order and haven’t received tracking information. Where is my order?
A: You will first receive an email confirmation when your order is initially placed. Depending on when your order is placed it will ship same day or next day (some exceptions apply- like Holidays/weekends). Once your order is processed you should receive two emails letting you know that your order has been processed and shipped. One email will tell you your order is complete, and the second will have tracking information. If you don’t receive your tracking number please send us an email to email@example.com and we will respond promptly.
Q: What differentiates your waders from the competition?
A: To keep it short and sweet; price, style factor, and features. We put a lot of time into designing our waders to perform and last. Meaning movement is unrestricted, they are packed with features, and they will hold up to hardcore rivertime. As a direct to consumer selling company, we’re able to pass along savings to you by cutting out the middleman. We sell direct to consumers only through our website, so eliminate the wholesale fees that raise prices in products found in brick-and-mortar stores. The combination of direct local sales, yet large national reach through our web presence lets us offer high quality gear and pass the savings along to you. Q: Where do you manufacture?
A: Our manufacturing facility for our waders and jackets is in China.
Q: Are they bootfoot or stocking foot waders?
A: Our waders have neoprene stockingfeet which require the use of wading boots. While we do not offer wading boots at this time we are happy to make recommendations.
We currently accept major credit cards, as well as Paypal direct payments. On the checkout page you will be directed to a Paypal screen where you will be asked to login to your Paypal account OR pay as a guest with a credit card.
We are currently offering FREE shipping on all items in our shop to anywhere in the United States. We ship to Canada as well for a flat rate, exclusive of duty. Contact us before ordering for shipping to other countries. Our free shipping service goes by USPS Priority or First-Class package. UPS Ground and USPS Express shipping options are available while viewing your cart and at checkout.
We usually process orders same day or next day Monday-Friday. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will refund or exchange your unused merchandise within 30 days at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part while filling the order. To return or exchange a purchase please mail the unused merchandise back to us in brand new unused condition along with a copy of the purchase confirmation email or packing slip and we will refund your credit card.
