Need to return or exchange?


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your gear for a different size or style please mail the unused merchandise back to us in brand new unused condition along with a copy of the purchase confirmation email or packing slip and we’ll happily swap it out for you. Please include a statement or note with the reason for the return or exchange (so we know what to do with it). You do not need a Return Authorization (RA).

If you have access to a printer, print and include this form with your exchange request:  Return/Exchange form

If you are unsure about which size is best, please send us an email and we can help you which size is the best fit based on your measurements.

Important: Please ship your return in a box large enough to fit them loosely and not squish the waders. We suggest reusing the same box that we shipped them to you in.  If you are returning the Primo zip-front model, please unzip them completely and loosely roll them from the feet up. Returned merchandise must be clean, and free of pet hair. Please follow these instructions closely before sending it in.

We recommend using USPS Priority mail for your return, insuring the shipment and getting a tracking number for your records. UPS will not ship to our PO box.

  • Clean any pet hair from the product.
  • Include all tags, bags, and belts or accessories.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will refund your merchandise at the original purchase price. To return products, please mail them back to us along with proof of purchase and a written request for a refund. You do not need a Return Authorization.
