We currently ship to all 50 US states and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Shipments to Canada are exclusive of duty. Our economy shipping service uses the most economical option available, usually FedEx Home/Ground or USPS services. For faster service we do offer premium shipping options that are available while viewing your cart and at checkout.
We process orders for shipment on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays throughout the week (excluding holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Transit time within the USA to the west coast is usually 1-3 business days and 3-7 business days to the east coast with our economy shipping option. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
We include signature required delivery on all orders valued at over $500. This adds secure delivery and helps ensure that our customers receive their order.
Shipping Protection
We are offering shipping protection as an optional add-on to your order. You can select or de-select in your cart or at checkout. By adding shipping protection to your order we fully cover your shipment against loss, damage, or theft during transit. You can remove this additional charge by unchecking the box, but without it any issues in transit will not be covered by DRYFT.
Estimated Shipping times
We ship from our Washington state location. Estimated average shipping times for services are as follows.
- Economy Shipping: average 4-14 days transit time (transit to Alaska and some other states takes longer).
- FedEx Ground / Home Delivery: average 2-7 days transit time.
- Priority Mail: average 3-5 days transit time.
- Expedited Express: average 1-3 days transit time.
Please note that all transit times are estimated and do not include the processing time between when the order is placed and when it is shipped.
International shipping
We are currently only shipping internationally to Canada. If you are ordering from Canada, please be aware that our prices are listed in USD and do not include taxes, duties, or shipping. Shipping will be calculated and paid at checkout.
Free Returns & Exchanges
For 60 days from the date of purchase we will exchange or return your purchase, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label free of charge. Prepaid return labels are available for all domestic (US) orders only.
Safe and Secure Payments
All payments are processed through fully encrypted servers, and no credit card information is stored by DRYFT. We offer multiple payment methods including credit/debit card, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Afterpay.
