READ THIS CAREFULLY
Entering a description in the form field below is required. Detailed information is highly recommended and will help us process your request. Not everything can be repaired. Most tears, pinhole leaks, straps and buckles and other general wear and tear items can be repaired. We cannot replace stockingfeet, but we can repair small tears and pinhole leaks in stockingfeet. Zippers can usually be replaced, but in many cases the cost of replacing the zipper outweighs the benefit. This especially applies to waterproof zippers as the cost is very high to replace them. You can contact us for initial consultation and recommendations on whether your gear can be repaired or not.
Stockingfoot specific instructions — please read this before sending your waders in.
If you require repairs or an assessment for the stockingfoot of your waders, please make sure to clearly indicate this in your request with as much detail as possible (list details such as puncture, abrasion, tear, seam tape, etc concern). This is essential for us to direct your waders to the correct repair/assessment facility. In the case of stockingfoot assessments and repairs, not including specific concerns regarding the stockingfoot may lead to your waders being sent to the wrong location, which could incur additional fees and extend processing and assessment times. We may also reach out to you during this initial process with a request for more information, so that we can be sure to route your request to the proper facility.
Please clean and dry your gear before sending it in.
We cannot work on dirty, wet or soiled gear so please be sure your gear is clean, dry inside and out, and free of mildew, mold and odors. We are unable to handle and work on waders or gear that has mildew/mold, bait goop, fish blood, etc. present. The major concern that we have is regarding the health of the employees in the shop. Mold particles can cause major health problems from second hand exposure. Sending in wet, soiled, moldy or excessively dirty gear will likely result in a rejection at assessment. If we can’t assess the gear then we are unable to process it, and we will have to send it back to you. We don’t want to have to do that, so please clean your gear before sending it in.
