60 Day Free Domestic Returns & Exchanges

For 60 days from the date of purchase we will exchange or return your purchase, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label free of charge. Prepaid return labels are available for all domestic (US) orders. Please read the details and follow the instructions below to exchange or return. Effective 3/5/24.

Exchange

If you’d like to exchange your gear for a different size or style please select the button below to print off your prepaid return label.  You will need your order number and zip code. Your order number can be found on your confirmation emails or packing slip. 

Please return the merchandise back to us in new unused condition along with a copy of the Exchange Form with your size and/or product exchange request written on it.  You do not need a Return Authorization (RA). If you have questions about the process or are unable to access a return label please send us an email.

Returns

You may return unused merchandise for a refund of the original purchase price. Please select the button below to print your prepaid return label. You will need your order number and zip code. Your order number can be found on your confirmation emails or packing slip.

You do not need a Return Authorization (RA). If you have questions about the process or are unable to access a return label please send us an email.

Please return the merchandise in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Failure to do so may result in a rejected or reduced refund.

Note on partial returns of bundles: We offer wader bundles (wader+jacket, wader+wading pants, etc) that often come discounted and with a free item. Please be aware that if part of the bundle is returned for a refund, your refund amount will be adjusted to match the current price of the single item being kept if it was purchased alone.
