The new Primo Wading Pants are your heavyweight go-to option when full chest high waders just aren’t needed or wanted. The waist high DRYFT Primo wading pant features heavy weight, highly breathable 100% waterproof and pfas-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coated fabric, and an updated design and style to bring you up a notch above the rest.

Fit and Feature Description
Heavier weight. More breathable. More durable. More comfortable.
Two outer pockets with YKK water resistant zippers, and a flip out pocket hold the essentials, while the burly four-layer lower adds durability through the entire lower including the legs, knees, and seat. Contoured and flexible knees give freedom of movement allowing you to walk, run, crouch, wade, stumble, and crawl easily without restricted movement. An outer D-ring gives a secure attachment point for accessories. The new integrated belt snaps lock your belt in place so it can’t escape. Unsnap them to remove or add a belt, and then snap the loops shut and the belt buckle can’t retreat out. This means no lost belt, and no fiddling with rethreading the buckle through the loop after unbuckling your belt during a quick relief session.
Staying dry
Breathable 20,000mm+ waterproof rated pfas-free DWR coated four layer nylon fabric combined with double taped seams bring the waterproofing to the next level. To top it off, seam ends and edges are double taped a second time to keep the water where the fish are.
The new Primo wading pants are more breathable compared to previous models with exceptional abrasion and tear resistance and enhanced bonding strength for greater long term durability.

I’ve only worn a well known wader my entire life, but after seeing these wading pants mentioned on a Trout Unlimited site, I had to try them. These are the best wading pants I have ever worn. By far the BEST WADING PAINT’S ON THE PLANET i’m a NY State Guide and trust me when i say i live in my waders and wading pants. From september 1st to mid may i wear these everyday on the Salmon River and as most know it’s a very HARSH envirement and rocky. Ihave OWNED every wader out on the market and tried and tested them to the extream and DRYFT waders are AWERSOME for 1 the meteral is crazy thick and the Dark color is awesome for not showing stains unlike most other waders on the Market today. i bought my first pair 6 years ago along with the zippered chest waders and to this day still i have never had 1 PROBLEM they still don’t leak which i can not not beleave as all others that ive owned have only lasted 2 years at best. I have fished in a lot of waders , the session wader pants I purchased I feel have been one of the best investments I’ve made. The fit bar none is the best, they wear like jeans. No problems with leaking and I fish a ton and I’m pretty hard on my equipment and gear. I did purchase the suspenders which I do recommend because I like fishing in the winter and they keep the cold air at bay. Best fitting waders on the market! I’m a tall guy (6’4″) and always had a difficult time finding waders that were long enough but the ‘Long’ version of the Session Wading Pants fit perfectly. With their exceptional craftsmanship and design, these waders should last me many seasons. Thank you Dryft!

I bought the session wading pant a month ago, they were shipped quick. I’ve only used them a handfull of times but they seem to work great! I am 6’4” with a 36” waist. I bought the LG/ Tall size. Length is great, boarder line to long almost! Only complaints so far is the belt doesn’t really hold up the pants no matter how tight you make it and the waist to crotch length is very short. I want to wear them up on my hips but I’m forced to somewhat low ride these. I use a cloth belt I can really tighten down and it helps. Otherwise these are well made and work great!

These pants are awesome, I’m very impressed. Im 155 lbs 6′ tall and wear a size 10 shoe. I thought I was going to need the medium tall turns out they were just a little too long and the booty was a bit loose. So I returned them with absolutely no problems. I right away got the medium and they were a absolute perfect fit. With still plenty of room for a extra layer or two. The booty fits my feet perfect and I couldn’t be happy. Awesome company, happy customer.
