Ethan Parsons, a 19 year old from Idaho living with a rare condition called Chairi Malformation has lost the use of his legs, but not his desire or drive to get outdoors and do what his passion calls him to do.
John at Trsxtle is spearheading an effort to raise awareness, and give Ethan a means to get back outside and do what the loves. Donations from many different sources including a new offroad wheelchair from GRIT Freedom Chairs and many fly fishing accessories are on the way to Ethan now.

With the warm easy days of summer fading in the rearview mirror, we took time out for a quick trip over the mountains to the dry and fertile area of Eastern Washington for some trout fishing. We met up with Leaf Seaburg of Methow Fishing Adventures, and set off with high expectations. All expectations were exceeded with plenty of fish catching and fun having. Enjoy these photos from this great early fall day on the river.
We woke up early (5:15am!), strapped up our DRYFT Primo Zip front waders, stuffed lunches and drinks into our BKCNTRY packs and headed for the river. Fishing didn’t slow up all day- with solid takes on dries and streamers keeping the action moving quickly from first light well into the afternoon.

Due to the evolving situation with COVID-19 in our area we are putting plans in place to help keep everyone around us safe. Our staff is healthy and safe here, but we are putting these safeguards in place to keep it that way and to protect our customers. We will be limiting office visits and our overall exposure outside of the home, but will continue to process and ship orders as usual at this time.
During this time we expect that the time it takes us to process orders will increase, with possible delays of 3-7 days at times.
Also processes such as exchanges, returns and repairs may be a little slower than normal. We will continue to do these operations, but are expecting each to take on average several days longer than usual but in some cases may be up to a week delay. We thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times.

From disruptions to our supply chains to instability in the financial markets and consumer confidence, we have started to feel the effects.
